AirNode Hosts

Role overview

AirNode Hosts help expand World Mobile's network by providing a suitable location for an AirNode. Hosting involves facilitating installation of an AirNode and ensuring its stable operation. AirNode Hosts do not need to operate or manage the use of the AirNodes installed on their location.

Location requirements

  • You must have access to power.

  • You should be at a location that maximises coverage, such as rooftops or open areas.

Step-by-step guide to becoming an AirNode Host

  • Register Interest: Apply through the World Mobile AirNode sales platform and complete the form to begin the verification process.

  • Create your Host profile: Once verified, you’ll be able to create a Host Profile, which provides details about you and your location.

  • Installation: Facilitate the installation of the AirNode on your property.

  • Operation: Support Operators’ maintenance requirements.
