# How can I claim my unclaimed rewards from my old Vault?

Legacy rewards became claimable on 17 December 2025. These rewards were earned during Phase 2 (WMT) staking but were not successfully claimed at the time. They can be claimed through the SundaeSwap portal by connecting the active wallet that was associated with the old Vault holding the unclaimed rewards: <https://rewards.worldmobiletoken.com/>

**Please note**: if you have already claimed all your rewards from the old Vault, you do not have to worry about this.

**When should I claim my staking rewards?**

In order to avoid disappointment we recommend claiming your rewards as soon as they become claimable.

**Why can't I see my legacy rewards in the SundaeSwap portal?**

If you are unable to view your legacy rewards in the SundaeSwap portal we recommend reaching out to <support@worldmobiletoken.com>.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://faq.worldmobiletoken.com/docs/faq-and-support/vault-support/how-can-i-claim-my-unclaimed-rewards-from-my-old-vault.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
