Each AirNode model differs in range, power consumption and setup requirements. There are primarily three categories of AirNode in the World Mobile network:
Wi-Fi AirNodes: Wi-Fi AirNodes cover small areas, up to a 100m radius, providing network access for individuals, families, and companies.
CBRS AirNodes: CBRS AirNodes use high-frequency signals that are ideal for connecting towns and rural clusters of homes and businesses. They offer fast speeds and aid capacity in densely populated areas.
Band 71 AirNodes: Band 71 AirNodes operate on low-frequency, long-range signals, in MHz ranges historically used for TV. They provide 'overwatch' coverage, ensuring connectivity across wide-ranging distances while supporting both CBRS and Wi-Fi AirNodes.
Here is an overview of all available AirNode models.
*Throughput is slightly different from line rate. Line rate, often called the 'wire speed', is the maximum speed at which data can be transmitted over a network channel. This rate is theoretically the highest possible speed that any given network medium can support. Throughput is the real amount of data successfully sent and received over a network. **Pricing of the Spark depends on pieces purchased:
1-10 units: $62.99 each
11-149 units: $52.99 each
150-1000 units: $49.99 each
GDPA pricing (partner level): $47.50 each
You can purchase up to 500 Spark AirNodes at once.
You need to purchase in groups of five. E.g. You may purchase 5 or 10 Sparks, but not 3 or 7.
